Breakfast Power Smoothie

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen berries/cranberries
• 2 tablespoons almond butter
• A handful of organic greens
• 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
• 2 tablespoons freshly ground flax or chia seeds
• 4 walnuts
• 4 almonds
• 1 large banana
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin melted coconut oil (mix in 1t organic turmeric and dash cayenne pepper)
• ½ cup unsweetened coconut water
• 1 cup water

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in an electric blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth. If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach a thick but drinkable consistency.
