Chocolate Nut Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
• 1 serving quality protein powder
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1-2 tablespoons real maple syrup or raw honey
• 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in an electric blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth. If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach a thick but drinkable consistency.
