Chocolate Chia Tapioca
Servings: 4-5
Ingredients:
1 (13.5 oz can unsweetened coconut milk)I use Native Forest because they use BPA free cans.
¾ cup water
Honey or real maple syrup to taste about ¼ cup (add a little at a time and check sweetness)
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1t vanilla
1/3 cup chia seeds
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a quart size wide-mouth mason jar and shake or add to a bowl and stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15-20 mins.
